About Us

Our Goal

Spend Time Corp. started operating in 2023 and was incorporated in 2025. The founders of the company have been involved with helping children and families since 2006. They founded the little league football team named the Brooklyn Legendz in the East New York section of Brooklyn. They worked with hundreds of children and families in the Metropolitan NY area. The founders have pledged to continue to advocate for families and children by providing various services to help ease some of the barriers families are facing A passion for helping families, children and case workers with needed services to assist families with the reunification process.

At Spend Time Corp, our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for families to grow and thrive. We strive to support families by offering a variety of programs and services to help alleviate barriers while encouraging healthy interactions between family members and children.

Summer Youth Activity Program for teenagers.

Early Bird 7 am - 8:30 am

Program hours 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Extended hours 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Dedicated to providing a space for children to visit with their custodial or noncustodial parents. Our professional and trained staff members monitor the visits. We will observe, record family interactions and provide documentation for the court and case management. All requests must be accompanied with court order and referral form. Sibling Visits

Unfortunately, siblings are separated and is ordered by the courts to see one another. We will make the children feel and comfortable allowing positive interaction. Our staff will assist with these visits and provide an interactive report to the case manager. These visits may be scheduled during our normal business hours.
